(1) The Government of Nepal may, by notification published in the Nepal Gazette, exempt, in whole or in part, a person from paying registration fee, payable as per the existing laws for the sale of an
apartment.
(2) The Government of Nepal may, by notification published in the Nepal Gazette, exempt from paying taxes, fees and charges, payable as per the existing laws, for the opeartion of a joint housing, in whole or in part.
